10000 steps a day and lower the amount of calories your eat by like 300 hundred or 400 hundred and eat potassium and drink lemon water and get high quality sleep

Need motivation to lose weight? Eat infront of the mirror. Naked.

That calculator is inaccurate since people tend to overestimate their exercise levels. If you walk 10k steps and do some weight lifting just search up your BMR, and then add 400-600 calories to it. That’s your actual caloric maintenance.

what you need is to strength train along with a good diet. high protein, heavy weight lifting at least 3-4x a week, 10k steps, and eat in a slight caloric deficit to maintain as much muscle as possible.

Eat a more natural diet, and normal natural movement and you should be fine
