Does anyone know a solution as a guy to make my lips pop more like ei feel like my lips are just the same color as my skin most of the time and it takes away from my misc, contrast and coloring

you could buy a lip tint and use a very minimal amount to make your lips more pigmented

exfoliate with a sugar scrub and when you apply sunscreen make sure to also apply to your lips

lip blushing lasts up to like 2 years

tinted lipbalms are pretty good, keeps them moisturised. i like burts bees
if you want something more opaque use a matte lipstick but it can rub off easily so keep that in mind
you could also try a lip stain, they keep the colour all day, sometimes multiple days
