How to make my eyes puffy?

I’m not even kidding when I was going through probably the worst years of my life I got the most compliments cause I’d cry all night and go out the next day with puffy eyes and contacts. Absolutely gorgeous combo. It looked really good and natural, and made eyelashes contrast a lot from my eyes too. Cried a bunch today and was reminded why it looked so good.

Any tips to get that puffy eyed look from something else other than crying? I’m already taking volufiline but lowk idk if I’m using the wrong moisturiser with it, cause I don’t see much difference.
