How to make my frame wider and bigger? (18 yo)

I am training around 3-5 times a week at the gym, training good and hard, and I did become wider since I started to train, but the problem is that I still look thin.
My weight is around 85 kg, height 193. Basically I am already "wider" than most people bcs the taller u are the wider ur frame is, but the problem is that *visually* I look thinner than other bcs of my height. Moreover, I am also an ectomorph with shit genetics, so comparing to other people my bone structure is narrow and tight.
I think my puberty is already ended, but I still want to be wider, so my question would be how can I do that? I consider every option. Thanks to those who will answer.

Naturally: train hard in the gym and prioritize aesthetic muscle groups like shoulders, lats, etc (you’ve probably heard this a million times before)
Enhanced: testosterone and hgh for actual bone growth (they also 3x your gym gains depending on how much you take) but this comes with serious side effects if you do it stupid so I wouldn’t recommend

Work on your back and mid delts, spam lateral raises and lat exercises
