How to make my hair not look disgusting?

18M, Type 1 Hair, Blowout taper cut

Routine: Shower w shampoo/conditioner, towel dry scrunch method, sea salt spray, blow dry, scrunch with hair clay.

should i start combing it out or something? frizzy specific conditioner?
