age 17, i want to lose weight because im fat
Eat satiating aliments with low calories, get a diet rich in meat, dairy products, legumes and vegetables. Also hit the gym.
 
Reta,nicotine,caffeine,drink things like coke zero,aderall is also pretty good but make sure you do your own research for any of these(some extra tips are drink water,chew gum,etc)
