Lose fat by exercising daily and eat calorie dense foods (also stop the goyslop), implement a good skincare routine, learn to shave your stache and pluck in-between your eyebrows (ask one of your parents to do so).

try and fix ur skin, you can go on acutane or just fix your diet + get a general skincare routine in (cleanser + moisturiser is baseline)
