I've witnessed cases for dudes with severe eyes burn by using minox on lashes.
Ideally you should get glycerine-based minox but on paper since minox can go systemic, applying it on the brows will boost lashes too (if you are hyper-responder)

Use oral minoxidil instead I put that stuff on my lashes for some time and it grew hair below my eye
