You got it richie. First let's define the hyoid bone.

A quick wikipedia search + med literature says " The hyoid is a small U-shaped bone in the neck suspended by muscles (suprahyoid and infrahyoid) and ligaments. Its position depends on muscle tone and head/jaw posture"
Now, the looksmaxxing notion is 'A higher hyoid is seen as more attractive because it makes the jawline sharper, the chin–neck angle cleaner, and the neck look longer. A low hyoid can give the look of a weaker jaw or fuller neck, while a higher one signals youth and better proportions in the lower face.'
From what I am lead to believe you can’t really “raise” the hyoid bone permanently without surgery. The hyoid is a floating bone held in place by muscles and ligaments, so its position depends a lot on muscle tone and posture...
So, it's good we've gotten the notion 'you can just lift a floating bone supported by muscles fully' out of the way. Good news is that you still can strengthen the suprahyoid to give it a more defined look. Indeed, it will give you a satisfactory difference but not the kind you probably have in mind. But I digress.. For the actual advice. (apart from chin tucks):
1. Replace normal chin tucks with variations that have more ROM. This video shows it well.

2. Just have good facial maintenance by mewing. This will not lead to a significant benefit. However NOT doing this (mouth breathing/not mewing) can have adverse affects. This is very bluepilled advice at this point. A video of a doctor talking about this

In short mew at all times and breathe through the nose. Secondly use micropore tape to cover mouth while sleeping, this is indeed more fringe but it's proven to stop mouth breathing during the night.. Apart from the cosmetic benefits it has various other health benefits.
(Do this with caution)
3. Tongue pressing ; it is similar to mewing. You can do this by pressing mastic gum against your palette with as much force as you can for 20 seconds. Repeat for a while till it burns.

4. Pray to high T ancestral BVLLS
In this video Stickley talks in detail about 'raising the hyoid bone', covers most of what I said but adds a little more (questionable) stuff. He is not super nuanced but this video is a good reference anyway
