Make sure you step out into the sun on a regular basis humans react to light. Light programs us in terms of when we should be asleep and when we should be awake. That’s why people tell you not to look at your phone at night cause it’s like staring at a mini sun that makes your brain think it’s supposed to be awake.

idk mine is pretty bad recently too, I wake up at the middle of the night for no reason
 
In all seriousness I've heard it's best not to work out at night. Try developing your sleep hygiene by having a proper routine. Don't take naps during the day for now so you won't be so tired at night. And try to wake up at the same time and sleep at the same time
