sooo i wanna get filler for the first time soon and i’m obsessed w this kinda look, like plump and defined but not that ducky/too overfilled look lol

my main concern is migration tho 😭 i really wanna keep them looking flat/defined over time and not have them slowly get bigger/migrate outside if that makes sense, for reference my natural lips look similar to the upper ones in the second image

would u guys start w 0.5 + another 0.5 once healed or just do 1ml straight away?? obv getting 0.5 like every 6 months or once a year to maintain the shape goes without saying. but does starting smaller actually help w migration or is it more about the injector/technique? I just feel like when you've never had filler before, your lips might need time to adjust to new volume and if you do too much it just migrates outside?

and what would u actually tell the injector to get this kinda shape without losing the flat look?? 💗
