im alr skinny ive always been but when girls ask me how and its like the easiest way ever. energy drink in the morning (sugar free redbull or celsius) oatmeal around 12 and youll feel full until dinner and also dont finish ur plate, u dont have to, u can save some for later. only fat ppl devour their food in one sitting.

being hungry isnt a mystery unless ur stomach is making noise then go eat, ur human not a gorilla, food should be savoured u dont hv to eat everyth u see

High protein, low fat, low carbs, low cals, high cardio for short term weight loss. If ur maintaining muscle then mid cals and carbs

I need to add frame so I have the opposite problem but the way I stay very lean is drink coffee throughout the day. at least the way I do it
