I get it. but she hasn't really done anything to hurt you specifically, so it'd be pretty shallow to leave her because of her looks (what if she did the same to you?)

Envy can't be cured by avoiding everything that makes you jealous you need to work on it on your own. Don't compare yourself to her, and you can't let how guys gravitate to her instead of you bother you when your spending time with her not them.
