Serious how to stop my body turning purple or pink

my whole body area excluding hands and face are genuinely pure white they have NEVER seen the sun in my life + irish/british genes so i am very white

but when its cold i turn fucking purple not like bright purple but like a faint purple it looks so ugly

and when its warm i look fucking pink
