Discussion How to stop myself from consuming slop

My school is right next to a plaza with a lot of fast food places and dollarama, and a lot of my friends go there and when they don't they drive to go get Wendys Popeyes or something else. This always tempts me to buy something aswell so I feel like I fit in. How do I stop myself?

Eat real food it tastes better so you wont really care or crave slop but that only worked for me because i never ate slop till 8 and it would be once a year till hs but ive cut it out allot this year
