usually when ur in that state where everything feels stressful/overwhelming the best thing u can do is step away and distract urself for a while. when ur nervous system eventually calms down (i promise u, it will) u can think way more clearly and see things for what they actually are instead of how they feel in the moment. it’s easier to figure out what actually matters and what’s just ur mind magnifying stuff

You truly can't get better until you're out of the stressful environment. But Beta Blockers can help.

About what for example ?
Generally to reduce stress and cortisol impact on your body, you can try :
- Stopping sodium & caffeine
- Go for a walk or punching a boxing bag
- Supplementing omega 3s, vitamin D & multiple type of anti oxidants (Açai, vitamin E, L-citrulline etc etc)
- Improving sleep quality, by power off the phone early, using red lights therapy in your room, using melatonin, a weighted blanket (during fall/winter)

Edit : We can add an another tip like stopping goyslop and sugar, and adding more animal-based saturated fat to improves hormonal balance
