If I don't tie my durag right they'll get squiggly. Looked up videos but they all use products. Is there a way to do it with just water?
 
If you're just using water, it would mainly be compression plus water. I'm not sure how you would do that in your case, as I'm not super familiar with curly or wavy hair.
