How to study faster ?

1 Put in time limits this will force you to actually lock in and be more productive use something like 25 5 pomodoro ( ex in 25 min I m gonna learn 15 pages ) . 2 not a single noise around you earplugs plus noise cancelling headphones or just blast white noise that makes you un distracted . Put your phone in a room far away . use concerta or adderall if you really are slow .

I put my phone away and let myself take another stick of gum every 20 min
 
Put on white/brown noise, dnd mode, study for 25 minutes, for 5 minutes do something you really enjoy (rewards your brain), repeat the process, do active recall and test yourself
