Tooth touch, you just get the tounge down, collect saliva and get tounge back up, swallowing this way. Its easy explained in mike mew video

sweep your food/saliva/wtv back with your tongue like you would when suction mewing. look in the mirror and do this, your face muscles shouldnt be engaged and you should only notice your neck muscles moving.
underrated tip is to massage the buccinator and surrounding muscles (look it up) so you can kind of develop muscle awareness and stop using it during a swallow.

The tongue should never be at the floor, even when swallowing the food and the tongue should create pressure at the palate. Do what I told you in front of the mirror it's the best way ive understood it.
