Story How to take care of fake friends?

became friends w this girl last summer through lifeguarding she was cool but then she started to crash tf out over my friend that she had a crush on

she would get mad at him for talking to other girls (even though they weren’t a thing and he never liked her) and she would just get upset overall

she started getting very mad at me and accused me of liking him because he was a good friend of mine. when ppl would ask me if me and him liked eachother she would cut in and be like “NO WAY they are just really good friends” which I found hella weird cause I could’ve answered myself???

anyways at the end of summer I felt weirded out by her and her comments and did not continue to speak with her during the school year (which wasn’t hard because we don’t go to school tg anyways)

me and some of the other lifeguards got together for halloween and went to a haunted house (Oct 2025)

fast forward to this June I ended up working w her again and she was like “oh how was the haunted house?” I was confused asf because it was so long ago so I was like “the one from last year?” and she was like “yeah I saw u guys all went I was working that day so I couldn’t have gone” even though she was never invited 🫩

I found it weird and just brushed it off but lately there’s this group of ppl we worked with this time it’s like a full girl group of the same girls from last year and I would consider myself in this group but she’s been trying to cut me out. she’s been ignoring me and making group chats w all them in it except me and then she will talk about their group chat and other things I wouldn’t understand infront of me

I’ve lwk decided I just don’t want anything to do with them anymore but it’s hella weird because they keep trying to include me in things just to disclude me? and when I don’t wanna hang out with them they get hella weird
