Let me preface this by saying: You can’t. It will always linger in your mind. However, you can manage it and completely disassociate yourself from the incel sphere and become a normal person.
For starters, looks do play a huge role. It’s up to your own interpretation as to how big of a role, but it does play A role.
You want to be at least average looking, which is doable for most of us here. Growing your hair out (for some reason, a lot of you guys struggle with that. I promise you it’s not that difficult), styling it well, and being a low body fat percentage is all you need.
After that, you need to work on being a better person. Regardless of what you believe about personality, how do you expect others to like you if you’re constantly miserable and toxic?
A lot of people struggle with the mental and social aspect of it, which is why you need to distinguish true mental illness versus you being stubborn.
If you truly are autistic or have some form of a social disorder, look into peptides and supplements such as Ashwagandha, Selank, etc.
If you’re mentally damaged from surfacing and frequenting toxic blackpill spaces, you need to slowly move away. Try and leave entirely if you can, and make sure you’re spending that time away being a nice and approachable person.
We will all make it. Believe in yourself!
