I actually have a 78cm vertical jump because i played basketball, i had the best this year on my hs (little brag in between) what i would advice is that if it’s with movement you put on pivot foot first on the ground, i use my left so your non-dominant one, then when your gravity center is low you place your other foot on the floor with a wide but comfortable base and with the inertia you use all your power to pull yourself up, if it’s static just try to go down and use all your power

I know jumping form, my two step approach is chillin im talking about fast twitch fibermaxxing and tendon stiffness
