Buy H202 gel

You're going to need a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide. 45% gel is best, but if you can get anything close to that, it should work well enough. You should be able to find this on Amazon for 22€~55€

Apply H202

Put a very small drop on each tooth. Make sure not to get it on your gums. If your gel is legit, getting it on the gums could cause severe burning.

15~20 minutes and remove H202 with a paper towel. Be careful not to remove the barrier gel. After removing the hydrogen peroxide, apply the H202 gel to the teeth again.

Repeat 4 x 15~20 mins and rinse out completely.

Could just use coconut oil, much cheaper and better than splashing thousands of money on high ticket dental equipment

Use the coconut oil to whiten teeth or baking soda with water, ( use the substance like normal toothpaste) whitens teeth really good, and research your toothpaste and watch your diet, much easier

I tried whitening strips, it worked very well but now that it has turned yellow again, my teeth hurt a lot, they are very sensitive and I can't do anything about it, does the product you mentioned damage the teeth? Will it make me aware of them too?
