Like @ruby said hip dips/hiplet slang is just a pure troll from tiktok moids to clown the girls who clown (sigh) the manlets

Anatomically speaking, the 2 only options that i can see to remove hips dips are :

1/ Long term caloric deficit in order to get rid of the possible love handles

2/ Train the Gluteus medius and the Psoas (tensor fascia lata esp) muscles, as they're the 2 muscles around that area. Results may vary through morphology and actual muscles insertions

So side raises using an ankle cuff, knees raises using ab straps or on the floor, then avoid direct obliques training, stick to knees raises and vacuum/planks for core, and consider training your back esp the lats to create an illusion of a slimmer waist.

the hiplet trend was created by men bc of how women treat men to due to their height. i don't think any of my friends that don't use tik tok even know what hip dips are.
