Mostly non verbal cues and escalation. You’re alone, maybe watching a movie, you’re both comfortable, maybe cuddling, and then you start kissing, touching, and if she’s into it, she won’t pull away, if she’s not into it, you’ll know. she’ll tense up, stop engaging, turn her head, move your hand away, whatever. that’s when you back off.

If you have to ask “what if she’s too drunk to know what’s happening?” then you already know the answer. it’s not a grey area. it’s a hard no. Being drunk to the point of impaired coordination, delayed reactions, or slurred speech = she can’t consent.

If you are also drunk it’s ok imo.

But it depends entirely on the situation tbh.
