HTB act different from MTB and LTB

I've noticed a MTB or LTB will feel much more comfortable approaching an attractive male and being open about their attraction vs a HTB (pretty much the opposite of men)
Why is it that HTB will just stay quiet and watch you from far off or will give vague signs vs the very open and very comfortable confident approaches of the less attractive. Is it because they want to be pursued? I honestly don't know.
But all they do is stare, and drop tiny hints. its annoying asf

i feel like it really just depends on the girl, some of confident and some aren’t. i’ve met super confident htbs+ and not confident htbs+.
