calories come directly from fat protein carbs. boiling meat doesnt reduce claories

side note but calories dont apply to human weight gain lol our calorie output veries significantly based on what we eat so its a flawed metric for fat loss

Calories does apply for humans stop saying retarded shit like eddie abbew.Cooking reduces calories technically but giga slightly you are burning the outside of the meat literally.Cooking mostly reduces micronutrients.Especially boiling if in contact with water kills the micronutritional content

i hate that eddie n***a

no it doesnt apply to humans cause tribes literally walk for 12 hours a day and eat 1500 calories yet maintain weight however office workers eat 3000 calories and maintain. explain?

A lot of office workers are obese, or burn a decent amount of calories if they have active jobs such as moving heavy palates and stocking supplies that are usually also just overloaded boxes of whatever they're workplace needs.

Infact physical activity and general metabolism is fairly important for determining a lot of factors in weight, plus a lot of people in the west work sedentary jobs and still eat like they move around for more than an hour so they'll maintain a bad body comp.

The bubonic plague was a direct cause of the tons of coal the people used to burn in their homes,it had high levels of mercury and of course,it’s well known that mercury is a heavy metal and a toxin.
