I join this place pacifically to ask about hydrocortisone I been using it every night for 15 minutes for 2-3 week none stop and I don't see any changes or I'm just a blind idiot and I don't see any bad side affects either no skin thinning am I doing it wrong?

Only way it will burn is if you put anything on your nose beforehand like some serum for example

It honestly depends on the person, there’s many different types of skin cleaners, and honestly some work for some people and some work for other people, so i’d recommend trying a new product and seeing if it works.

May just not work for you.
Talk to a dermatologist if you have the money or just take accutane
