Apply a very thin layer of hydrocortisone to the front part of the nostril only using a clean fingertip or cotton swab, once or twice daily. Do not rinse or remove it.
Leave it in to absorb naturally.
Use it for no more than 3–5 days in the nose unless advised.
and wash your hands after application.
