ORAL CARE:
1. BRUSHING: Brush your teeth twice a day using fluoride toothpaste to prevent cavities and maintain oral health. Whitening toothpaste can help with stains, but for optimal results, consider using whitening strips.

2. FLOSSING: Floss daily to clean between your teeth and remove trapped food particles.
3. TOUNGE SCRAPING: Use a tongue scraper every morning to eliminate bacteria that cause bad breath.
4. MOUTHWASH: Rinse with non-alcoholic mouthwash for long-lasting fresh breath and additional protection against plaque and bacteria.

SMELL AND BODY HYGIENE:
1. SHOWERING: Shower twice a day, morning and night. If that’s not possible, at least once a day to remove sweat, dirt, and bacteria.
2. DEODORANT: Apply deodorant after each shower. I recommend Native Coconut and Vanilla Deodorant. It's aluminum-free and effective at keeping odors away.
3. COLOGNE: Use cologne daily on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears, inner elbows) for a long-lasting scent. Everyday colognes to consider include:
- Bleu de Chanel
- Santal 33
- Dior Sauvage
- Terre d’Hermès
4. SHAVING: It's important to regularly shave or trim armpit and pubic hair to reduce bacteria build-up and odors. Use a trimmer like the Philips OneBlade for a safe and smooth shave.

SKIN & BODY CARE
1. INITIAL CLEANSE: Use a Dove Bar Soap for an initial cleanse to remove dirt and sweat.
2. BODY WASH: Follow up with a sulfate-free body wash like Native Coconut and Vanilla Body Wash, applied with a body scrubber for deeper cleansing.
3. BODY SCRUB: Exfoliate once or twice a week using Dove Brown Sugar and Coconut Butter Body Scrub to get rid of dead skin cells and promote smooth skin.
4. MOISTURIZATION:
- SHEA BUTTER: After showering, apply shea butter to lock in moisture and keep skin soft.
- BODY OIL: Follow up with body oil, focusing on dry areas like elbows and knees for added hydration.
- LOTION: Make sure to use lotion regularly to keep your skin moisturized throughout the day. This prevents dryness and keeps skin healthy.

FACE CARE:
1. ICING: Start your skincare routine by icing your face. This helps reduce puffiness and tighten pores.
2. FACIAL CLEANSER: Use CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser to clean your face without stripping its natural moisture.
3. MOISTURIZATION: Follow up with CeraVe Moisturizing Cream to keep your skin hydrated and smooth throughout the day.

HAIR CARE
1. SHAMPOO: Use a sulfate-free shampoo to clean your hair without harsh chemicals that strip your hair’s natural oils.
2. OILING SCALP: Regularly oil your scalp with natural oils (like coconut or argan oil) to nourish and promote a healthy scalp, which supports stronger, healthier hair.

HANDS AND NAILS
1. NAIL CARE:Invest in a nail care kit to maintain clean and healthy nails. Trim regularly and keep your nails clean to avoid the build-up of dirt and bacteria.

GROOMING:
1. EAR CLEANING: Clean your ears regularly to prevent wax build-up. Be gentle, and avoid cotton swabs inside the ear canal to prevent damage.
