Óleo de banho para remover o acúmulo de desodorante, enxaguante bucal (pode parecer clichê, mas faz muita diferença), desodorante corporal ou talco nas áreas onde você transpira, There's more, but I need to know your complaints.

Dry brushing, double cleansing my whole body, shaving like once or twice a week, moisturising everyday, changing my sheets frequently and all the basics idk

ok sorry this is late!

i think what youre doing is good, i always like using a body oil on top of my body lotion the spraying perfume or body spray on top of it. in terms of body hygiene i also like to use a chemical exfoliant on my arms and legs 1x per week, between that and moisturizing your skin will be SMOOTH.

genuinely just that and secret clinical deodorant, if you can tolerate hyaluronic acid. i used to be able to but my skin is sensitive as hell now that i’m on accutane, but i swear body odor doesn’t exist when you use that stuff

also knowing how to take care of your hair based on its unique texture and porosity makes you look very put together. well-loved hair gives the impression that you really take care of yourself
