Was looking at the Wikipedia page for hyperplasia, and I read, I quote: “It is theorized that hyperplasia may also be induced through specific power output training for athletic performance, thus increasing the number of muscle fibers instead of increasing the size of a single fiber.”

Can somebody fact check this?

Refrence from the Wikipedia page: https://books.google.com/books?id=udY-AAAAQBAJ&pg=PA169

Hyperplasia in simple words is growth

... yes? 💀
hyperplasia is the growth of a tissue.. it can happen to muscles by training

If you can stretch a muscle before training it it will grow faster and bigger . Do chest stretches near a door. Then train chest then stretch after

hmmm...
well, there are 2 types of stretches: dynamic and static
typically dynamic is done before the workout and static is after. dynamic helps loosen up your muscles and joints and slightly boosts blood flow, which i think is what he is referring to. but i dont think that musc;les will significantly grow bigger
so i think astro is wrong here

correct dynamic is fine which can be done by simply using lighter weight as a warming up before going into the working sets
another example of astro being a dumbfuck he has no degrees and no certifications he needs to keep his trap shut permanently

yes, like for that part specifically

i dont know if you mean this or not, but i think both sides should be allowed to speak. it was unfair that he censored you, and although you are currently unable to censor him without power, i dont think highly of censorship both ways

I agree once again I have no problem with idiots like @AstroSky posting misinformation so long as intelligent knowledgeable people like me can respond and debunk the nonsense claims they make
