i’ve been on a diet these last few days, about a week give or take, i’ve been eating low carb and i can start seeing change within my face

i’ve been going to the gym for about a month now too

i used to be super locked in for a long time but recently, well not recently

basically i after i got a new job it made it hard for me to pack my lunch and track macros and focus on my diet but i’m pushing through

my biggest issue is when i make chicken thighs, i pack them and when i’m getting ready to eat at work, some form of gelatinous solid forms at the bottom which is just the chickens collagen but it’s still disgusting nonetheless

i’ve started just lining the bottom of my tupperware with napkins and using a bit of self discipline in not buying junk food

collagen is protein iirc just not the complete amino acid profile of protein

n***a it’s probably genetic all i’ve done is cut carbs for like 3 days

i didn’t even stop eating carbs it’s just that i limit my carbs to under 80 grams per day
