whats ur daily routine in terms of looksmaxxing
Morning
Wake up 8
No breakfast
Pin morning pharmaceuticals
Use supplements etc

Play some football
Then begin working

Afternoon
After work I do PE first thing
Then pop a addy most times depending on the time and do some research
Lunch

If it’s a gym day go to the gym and I won’t pop a addy. Pre workout pin hgh and slin pre and post workout and take pre workout

Evening
Start to chill out
Eat dinner
Do more research
Take supplements
Then at 9 take melatonin and go to sleep
