Currently I’m 15 yes im a fat loser.
I weigh 190 lbs and 5,10
I lost like 5 pounds recently I’ve been hitting gym + meal prepped a meal. Any advice? I’m wondering like how many calories per day you guys recommend etc. advice appreciated thanks

you're still in puberty going on a calorie deficit could stunt growth
