I don’t usually get jealous but I saw a couple that looked like bodybuilders and I was upset because it would take me so long to get to that level, like I’m already taking frequent breaks but I guess progress is better than nothing

I’ve been on and off for years so like one month I will go but I want to go everyday to try and get healthier
