I’m in highschool, looksmaxxing has helped me greatly improve looks wise, I was bullied throughout middle school for no reason other than my appearance, I have lost weight, gotten orthodontic appliances like herbs device, facial exercises, other softmaxx etc but me mental health has taken a huge toll I’ve been corrupted by bp and am disgusted looking in the mirror regardless of how many complements I get or Girls I get with I never feel content fuck BP I’m going insane

It's unfortunately a very common side effect to people who enter these spaces.

It's possible you might have developed a mental disorder called BDD. It's possible but it's also possible you haven't. What I recommend you doing is looking into the disorder and see if you relate to it at all. If you do, maybe looking at workbooks might help. This is what I did in high school and it helped me feel less alone. It might not work in your case but it helped me when I was 17 or so.
