I live such a boring life I’m in doors all day I use to have girlfriend and I would go out often it was fun until it ended now I’ve inside doing nothing gained 20 pounds eating yummy goyslop

If you think you can start working out, you should. It helps overall everything, including mental health, balances your testosterone etc.

My mental health ain't the best either, you just got to keep on going anyway though, you know.

Hold onto something that helps you and shit, other than everything else going on in my life, workout helps a lot.

It kind of sucks but I gained mad discipline so it lowk feels like a normal thing
