Not yet maybe in the future if I’m still ugly. I’m only 16 I was just asking for advice but thanks. I normally don’t stare like that tho lol

I used to have long hair and everyone told me to cut it so I did so I don’t really know what would look good on me

I mean I’ll take it but what should I focus on
Getting lean will help with the facial fat too and basically improve everything in terms of looks and life too most likely. Also would try to do something with the jaw, perhaps mastic gum or some exercises might of help but I never had problems with it myself so can't give firsthand advice with that unfortunately.

Thanks I was bulking over the summer but I’ve cut like 7 pounds in the past couple weeks and I’ve been doing chin tucks for maybe like 3 days

Sounds great man, try intermittent fasting fs and if you do cardio be aware that there is basically an upper level of how much calorie can be burnt by cardio per day and after that the body adapts and its just overkill. Wishing you luck in your journey

All that you do is cope, adress the real problem which is that you are fat, lose some weight, dont chew gum like a tard, you will get tmj issues and pain, check every single softmax guide and see what you lack there

Getting lean is the most important for him imo too but that won't address a recessed jaw

I’m still young so I would say that it can be fixed naturally
I mean yea perhaps but I woulnd't count on your bone structure changing much now. If you get lean and do some exercises for the facial muscles perhaps it can make it look more like you have a good jaw? Good posture, getting lean, and good facial muscles is your goal i suppose. Check out this study, I read of it here on this forum btw:(https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.2147/CIA.S152821#d1e193)

I haven’t finished puberty and others have said it’s possible but I understand

maybe but you can just live with a recessed jaw and not be a trve adam and still get married and have a nice life or whatever it depends on your goals
