I’m starting accutane (isotretinoin)

My skin isn’t that bad, but it hasn’t been clear for years, so I’m really excited to start this
I might be fried though because I need to get blood work done first and I have sh on my arm
Anyway, for people who have taken it: What side effects did you experience on low-dose accutane? I know it makes your lips dry, but did you have more nosebleeds than normal too? I already have a lot of nosebleeds so I’m worried

im on 20 mg no sides thinking of using 40 mg to speed up the process
