I’m starting to think the whole education system is a scam

I’m taking the right degree I think but with the way education is setup it just feels like a scam. You spend 12 years in k-12 doing slop. Just to go to college for 4 years just learn to more slop. Just to get a job that pays slightly higher than minimum wage. Then you wage for 40 years and retire. But you are too old to enjoy anything cus you’re old af at that point. It just feels like Mandingo level scams are everywhere these days
