I’ve never been to the gym

going to the gym releases dopamine, seratonin, reduces bodyfat, builds muscles and strenght and you can also flirt with foids there!!

That's good then. Just remain constant with that, and slowly progress into an actual structured routine.
True, but I don’t really have goals about getting a big physique. Just gotta maintain a lean/skinny physique.

I mean yeah that's valid, but having a consistent routine that works your entire body won't make you big overnight, and there's tons of benefits to having a structured workout, both mentally and physically.

True, but I also do a lot of sports, while having two jobs so I don’t have too much time.
