Reminds me of something that happened to me when I was a little kid

I rember one time my dad, my brother, and I were downtown and he let us buy some candy in bulk to put in a paper baggie.

And after we left the store and were walking down the street, I saw this homeless man with huge dreads that looked like a black and non-bald version of that SCP guy that tries to kill you when you see his face. (i forget what it was called)
I without thinking just kinda walked up to him and offered him this little gummy shark I had from my baggie. He was at least lucid enough to form a coherent sentence and said "Nah kid it's, okay.." or something like that.

Anyway then my dad violently pulled me away from that man and that's all I remember.

Reminds me of something that happened to me when I was a little kid
