Serious I almost killed myself when i was drunk 2 nights ago

I drank 2 beers and most of a 1l bottle of wine in an hour on an empty stomach and I ended up laying on my bathroom floor and wanting to kill myself I got up and went to my kitchen and put a knife to my wrist I felt so close to doing it but I put the knife down thank fuck I did and I posted about wanting to kill myself on my story which I saw in the morning my memory was foggy asf
