my heart was beating rlly fast and I was hyperventilating
9/10 experience
I'm pissed bc yesterday I kept scratching at my face bc of it and now my skin is messed up

it was kinda scary tho bc it felt like I was gonna pass out and my muscles felt really heavy
I'm okay now tho
