A guy jumped in front of a train at my local station yesterday, right after I left. Things like this feel so surreal to me. Just 10 minutes earlier, I was there, happy, listening to music in my airpods and then someone decided to take their own life by jumping infront of a train going 220km/h.

It really makes me sad. Sometimes I wish there was something I could do something for people who only saw suicide as their last option but most of the time its just to late

Sometimes you can't, as suicidal tendencies can be hereditary
