It is impossible for me to get any less since I consistently do the exact same thing that meets the requirements

3x a week (i train 5)
High Intensity (I do)
At least 1 team sport / week (I only do team sports)

I should probably mention I do online school, so I don't need to show up for anything, just prove that I go to in-person football training (which is easy since I can get my team to write my school)
