You should work hard in the gym and do a martial art. Make sure to eat lots of carbs, drink plenty of water, and get sleep!

Oh yeah putting on muscle is not a problem I'm just planning to lose weight because I believe I'm at like 25% body fat right now (possibly more) which is unacceptable. Losing fat is also the #1 way to cut your estrogen levels off which is a plus that a few people don't know
