I am a loser but I have a plan to change my look, please take a look and correct me.

I'm a 2-3 out of 10.
Asian, 17yo, 168.5 cm (5’6)
balding, got acne, asymmetric face & facial features, weird nose and lips shape, extremely unhealthy skin (dark circles etc.) and always looks tired with my droopy eyes (I got myopia)
17-19% body fat, below average to average muscle size, normal frame, no double chin, no shape jawline, short to medium ramus.
Also, I'm broke.

The followings is the plan I am following now, please tell me if any of these are copes or there are more things I could add to my routine.

First, for the body fat. I do calisthenics according to this video [], but currently at very beginner phrase and I don't do legs.
Currently, I am doing like 3-4 reps for 3 sets for almost all exercises (i know it's bad but im trying my best), i do calisthenics 4 times a week (one day, one body part - shoulders, back, chest, arms)

For legs and possibly height gain (im too broke to check if my growth plates are closed or not), I sprint for 2 times a week. According to Oscar Patel's video [], i do 20 secs sprinting for 6-7 times with 1.5-2 mins resting time in between. Also, i do play basketball once a weak. Then i'll consume ~470g of greek yogurt with clementine for natural sugar after the sprintings.

Additionally, I'll do neck exercises following this video [], 8 reps 1 set for each exercise and tucked v-ups for abs 4 times a week.

For meals, I basically only have one meal per day with mostly meat and a normal serve of carbs like rice or spaghetti. Or sometimes i'll just cook 10 eggs with a bowl of rice. I only eat broccoli if my mom cook them (water boiled, no salt), but my family rarely cook so i eat vegetables like only 4-5 times a month.

For my face I do these:
[] nose
[] lips
[] eyes
And chin tucks

For acne, I take accutane, use cleanser, serums, moisturiser, and vaseline for face and lips. Also, I wear sunscreen every morning i go outside.

For facial symmetry, I will do guasha once the product arrives.
For hairline and eyebrows, i use caster oil in the morning and at night

And I try to sleep before 00:00 for atleast 7 hour sleep. But usually it took me 30+mins to fall asleep

I am considering bonesmashing around my eye area and wearing a cheek and lip expander for widen my lips to make my upper lips thinner in the near future.

1. For your balding, you can check out my guide on how I reversed my receding hairline since I too started balding at 17, the best would be getting finasteride to prevent more hair loss.
2. Bonesmashing won’t do shit, it’s a massive cope with no scientific backbone.
3. You mentioned that you eat lots of meat and carbs but rarely eat vegetables, start having a more balanced diet to make sure you have all your nutrients or take supplements.
4.Try to sleep for 8 hours and not 7.
5. Guasha won’t do shit for your facial asymmetry, if it’s related to your teeth go get braces, if it’s related to your posture you gotta fix it.
6. For your exercises, don’t do a predetermined number of reps and try to hit failure (until you cant make reps anymore).
7.Also exercices alone won’t make you skinnier, it really is just about eating in a deficit.

Thank you sir. I'll keep the advice of finasteride in mind since it is relatively more affordable than accutane after my research.
I forgot to mention that i do take vitamin D3 for months and i started using a hair conditioner recently.
Also, the excercise and hair advice in your guide is pretty good, I really didn't think about these problem earlier
Then for guasha, i'll be honest, braces are super expensive for me, so i think will try guasha even though it can't help my aasymmety

Again thank you for your advice, i'll only adopt bonesmashing once i realised i am completely hopeless, now there is still some left for me
