Wait till I move out then I wanna do Creatine for DHT plus L theanine and Kratom for NT

My current diet is good for my needs, impact also not too significant for me, I'm more focused on returns based on effort.

Which is why gonna supplement things diet can't help with.

Then of course continue working out and choline maxxing. Currently getting from eggs but if I can source maybe I'll do 50 50 eggs and alpha GPC for more efficiency.

Yeah L theanine and Kratom for NT

Helps with mood and anxiety. Egg yolk raw mega-dose too citocoline source for cognitive function.
